Maya Acid

Maya Acid (Renate Bakker) is a tribal and fusion belly dancer known for her exceptional stage presence. Her strength and passion are found in her improvisation skills.

Career

Maya worked for many years with The Uzumé Dance Company. Now she focuses mainly on her work as a solo and tribal dancer and as dance teacher. She also is a costume designer and collaborates with theater collective Fields of Wonder.
